From the initial consultation to installation and ongoing maintenance on only units purchased at our store, our team ensures a seamless experience from start to finish.

Rick Crocker ï»¿

President

With over 35 years in the building supply industry, Rick Crocker served as the market manager for Builders FirstSource before founding Builders Glass & Hardware. After selling the company to Majestic in 2018, he stayed with the company until retiring in December 2019.


Recharged and ready for his next venture, Rick launched Coastal Fireplace, Incorporated Inc. His deep ties to Wilmington span two decades, fostering enduring relationships within the community.

Rick Crocker 

President

Chris Wimble

Operations Manager

Chris is originally from Vermont, but in 2015 he and his family moved to Leland, NC for the beautiful weather. Chris has 35 years in the propane industry. From working for some of the major propane companies to owning his own propane service business.


His vast knowledge and years of experience in the propane service industry make him a great fit for Coastal Fireplace. As the operations manager, Chris oversees the fireplace & gas line installations.

Meet our Office Manager and Bookkeeper Keri Felix. She is a native of Wilmington and has strong generational ties to North Carolina. Keri has over 25 years of experience in construction management, customer service, and accounting; from big corporations to family-owned businesses.


Her dedication and determination are shown with every task she tackles, and every customer she helps.
